Unlimited Service Denied More Often and Support Unreachable

Although I pay for unlimited phone and internet service, it seems the times service is denied tend to increase. AT&T "customer service" is often unreachable, and to date always impotent to help the connectivity problem and unwilling to compensate for services promised, paid for, and not provided.
