Submitted order on 2/28. My credit card was charged, yet I've received no confirmation of shipping, no tracking number etc. When I submitted the order I was told to expect receipt of item in less than 1 week. Have not received, and the company is not answering phone or responding to emails. I am going to request refund from my credit card company (which is a GOOD company, unlike ScooterPartsPlace).

Dvdselects.com charged more to my credit card than originally processed during order, also they took over a week to get valid shipping confirmation they are also not able to understand english
