I ordered the Smothers Brothers complete three seasons in Dec. 2012 I was told that I would get the DVDs in 3 to 4 weeks after the notice that it had been shipped and they took my payment. At the end of January I was told that they would get with the post office and do a trace it would take 3 to 5 days and they assured me they would get to the bottom of the issue. I checked again on Sunday the 3rd and could not get into their customer service site.
