Dennis Steel (owner) Replacement Warranty Dishonored

Bought PS3 with controller, promised to be in good working condition or else see "Warranty". Controller buttons not functioning tried exchanging several times instead recieved same faulty controller over and over again. On last time I tried to contact owner of GameCo and was treated very disrepectfully. He had no time to hear me and and was uninteresting in resolution of matter. Now I have a non-functioning controller to PS3 and with such a small item feel hopeless as to resolution of my problem. I feel completely ripped off he has known several times this particular controller is not working yet he continues to give it back with no remorse to our satisfaction or if we ever return.
