I ordered an electric space heater from Kijiji Daily Deals for $49 on Jan. 19/13. Ten days later I received an email from PayPal that MarkPlaats B.V. Was giving me a total refund, with no explanation as to why the product was not available. I have contacted PayPal many times about my lack of refund, and I have tried to contact MarktPlaats B.V., but emails can never be delivered.
