I received a notice for a free bottle of perfume - all I had to do was pay for S&H. After about 10 days from recieing the bottle I noticed a charge to my account for $95 from the same company. I called the phone number and they told me the 14day grace period was over and that I had to send an email to support@fondsprays.com in order to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. It's all in the company's Terms and Conditions policy - but who ever reads those. If you dont return the product, you will be enrolled in an autoship program, whereby you will be sent a new perfume every month for $49.99. So send the initial bottle back!
