"Free 14 day trial" - I received it on Day 12 after I ordered it. On Day 13 I read (my fault I didn't read it right away) and it said 14 days FROM ORDER DATE. It said "Expedited post" on the box, but it took almost 2 weeks. NOT cool. I called too late (on Day 15 apparently) and was told once it is charged to your credit card, there is no refund. At least I was able to cancel future mailouts - which they don't mention in the ads by the way. The product itself is fine, but I can find things just as good for less money I'm sure.
