They told my wife they could reduce our debt. First they need our credit card information for all cards. A couple of weeks went buy and she saw the charge for $999.00 on one of our cards. Meanwhile, they had not provided any service, nor had my wife agreed to purchase anything yet.
We tried calling them and kept getting the runaround saying it would take three days to cancel and to call back.
Then they just stopped taking our calls and we were on the hook for a grand with nothing to show for it. How can we stop companies like this from scamming innocent people?
