I was a tenant at one of the apartments they lease out and they are trying to say I owe the amount of $581.00 on a list of different things in the apartment such as cleaning charges: bathroom, toilet, tub, cabinets, kitchen sink, windows, walls at $300.00 then $125 carpet cleaning which claimed to take 5hours, $20.00 replace missing mini blind (there is no blind missing) $50.00 Repair damaged fire place (fireplace never worked since day i moved in) and $86.00 late charge and court fees (this has never been taken to court)
