We were purchasing a 1999 Honda Accord EX from this individual who was supposedly in the service in Madrid, Spain. He told us he was selling the vehicle for $950 because cars oversea were really cheap, and he could purchase a really nice car with the money he made from selling his Accord. He emailed us with a very authenic website called eBay Motor Vehicle Protection Program service, which he said he wanted to use, that way we would both be protected, and because he didn't have a Pay Pal accout on file with eBay. He told us that we would need to send the money via Money Gram transfer, 10 minute service, and then once the money was received, it will be held by eBay in a secure place, until we received the vehicle, and after we had a ten day test period, and decided to keep it, then the money would be released to the seller. None of this transpired, and we found out that the agent listed was Susan Jenkins, and she was found not to be an agent after all, but however, did sign for the money on 3/3 at 5:14PM.
