I ordered a similar product on a "free Trial" from a company called Hydroderm, located in Carpenteria, CA. As per the "terms and conditions", which are not displayed until credit card infor has been submitted; cc is required to "pay for shipping" only. I immediately called and cancelled. I was sent two similar products and after a couple weeks of "trial period" I sent all of the products back to Carpenteria, CA. My cc was charged 105.95 on 3/1. I called Hydroderm on 3/2 and they said they did not charge my account and referred me to Equinox and gave me a ph# to call. I was informed that I had failed to cancel the equinox product in the 14 day period and they would not refund my money. I think these companies are working together to scam people and I was gullible enough to "pay for free shipping". I did read the terms and conditions and complied. I did not authorize Equinox to send a product. It is sort of a bait and switch scam and they stole my $.
