The webpage told me payment hadn't gone through when it had.
When I discovered I sent an email asking them to cancel the order and refund me.
They sent a dispatch e-mail and tracking details anyway.
The tracking details showed that the dress I had ordered was delivered to somewhere in China.
I e-mailed the company and they said that they knew and would collect the dress and refund me.
They never have.
I continue to e-mial them with no success
