The name on my bank statement was FASHIONPAY*CHENGKA

I ordered two "Karen Millen" dresses, and received only one which was a fake (I know due to the poor sizing). I didn't receive the second one at all and they promised a refund which didn't come.

I tried to get an address 3 times via the internet site to send the fake dress back, but there was no reply again. Now it is impossible to get onto the website at all.
