I have two charges with Chase that I will not pay for I was sold on a Job with Money now Funding of Phoenix Arizona I told the man I had a problem and I could not spend any money. I was frauded by a person for $424000. He told me he could get this So I would pay very low interest and I could pay it off as I worked for him. He wanted me to sell credit card loans and cards for Money Now Funding. He had me give him my credit card information. He then sent me some papers that he said he was running the cards on leads don't pay any attention to that. He had to do it that way to get it done. Just sign the papers and get them back to the girl in the office. I did an then when he said he had it done I should be faced with one months payment on my credit cards. I should only pay minimum. I called the card companies and found he lied to me and he maxed out my cards I asked the companies to stop payment as He was claiming he sold me $24,000.00 worth of lead cards at $10.00. I had signed a paper for those leads and had never got any of these leads I called his office and told them I was not going to work with them. Then, I find out later that he was selling another source of leads that I had to get as I would need leads to work with. He ju8st put out 2500 leads and he is telling me I need more leads so I have people to talk too. He further said for me not to worry as he had set up a grant for $50,0000. So I could pay off that bill. This is a short summary of the swindle he pulled. I have gone to the FTC and filed a complaint. I have never received one lead from this. I am not going to pay these cards that are involved. This letter is just brief and only shortly explains the situation. I am going to pay Chase minimum while I fight this. I had them all paid off then this came back,
I have ended up with A&D marketing, M&S Marketing, Money Now Funding, Nebucom and National Home Savers, all done by rod or Ron Weaver.
This thing of supposedly delivering me 2500 leads and then laying another company on for leads besides is crazy. I have been in sales all my life and never used 2500 leads at once. I will see what the FTC does or I will get an attorney. Rod Weaver Started on this Con in Arizona with Money Now Funding and Kept after me in California telling me what a big man he was with the credit companies.
It seems to me this could be called Credit Card Fraud the product was never delivered as he sold it.

In summary of this letter:

They have never given me a contract to work with or any material to sell with.
They Have never given me any money.
They have only released the phone calls that were from their office not any of the not recorded calls.
The man is not being truthful he is only getting some free money.
I have turned this over in the form of a complaint to the FTC. I have been swindled.
He was setting this up over a private phone he was calling into the office to send me those papers/. He did not give me 2500 leads then as He was in another State. He did not send 2500 leads to me. He never gave me one lead he is lying and has pulled a fraud on me and the credit card companies. I am not going to pay this I have never worked for this company and I would not be surprised if he has done this to other people..
