Total ripoff company. After placing order on phone, sales guy falsified info about Lumix fz200, battery, memory card and warranty information and up-sold for over $150. Realized mistake and called within 15 mins to clarify. Sales guy threatened to cancel order to force me into purchase. I decided to cancel it myself to avoid being conned. Was promised that order was canceled and refund will come within 48 to 72 hours but no progress till 8 days.
Today when I call, the customer service agent threatens that I have to wait till the refund comes through (God knows when) or legally they can hold my money for 30 days.
Bottom line - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Total ripoff company.
