I also wanted a tryalveloura for 14 days. Costs $4.95. However I never received it. But after 3 weeks 17/1 they used my creditcard and saw I bought a product for $ 99.95 I never ordered. I sent them an email but never responded on that. Saying I want to cancel everything and stop using my creditcard. What is the right email adress? Yesterday I received a product and I want to send it back.
Can Iget a refund?
