I originally ordered the Bellagenix product and the Veloura product via an online offer through the recommendation from the Dr. Oz TV program.

I originally ordered the product on 5 December However I didn't receive the product until about 17 December. When I was reading through the literature I noticed that the 14 day trial was up 14 days from the fifth, not 14 days from the 17th. So I would've been given a grand total of two days to be able to verify the affects of a product that cumulatively was $200. I wanted to just send the product back rather than risk $200 so I called customer service and found out that Bellagenix and Veloura are administered under the same company. I mailed the product back on Saturday, December 22, well before the required December 24 postmark. Yesterday I received two separate unauthorized $99 withdrawals from my checking account. I called the customer service department and had an extremely disrespectful and uncomfortable conversation with a very rude "customer" service rep. She just continued to very quickly talk over me and would not listen to my side of the story.in short they will do nothing. Don't get involved in this scam!!!
