I cancelled my internet protection software from this company in 2011. I did it online and had to key in my account numbers etc, which I did. I was told that the account was now closed and I would no longer receive any charges to my credit card from this company. I was again charged $99.95 to my credit card in December. I had thrown away all my account information from TotalDefence thinking that the matter had been resolved. Do not deal with this company. The number you are given to ring is a Canadian number. They are in a different time zone. Impossible to contact them.
