In November while working online, I had a pop-up message that my virus protection software was overdue and that I had a virus and that someone was attempting to access my credit card numbers. I went into the purchase options and I had a choice of 1 year for $49.99 and 2 years for $79.99 - I chose the 2 year option. I was told I would get an e-mail receipt immediately after I purchased the software. I did not receive an e-mail receipt. I just received my December-January statment for my Visa card and found that a company called RealGoldSoft Baku had charged my account $99.85. I went online to see what product this company represented and found a number of customer complaints of internet fraud for false sale of virus protection software with stories very similar to mine, I have notified my Visa card company and am contesting the charge. If anyone knows where this company is located, I would like to file a charge against them with the Better Businnes Bureau of their region... Kathy, Paoli, PA
