I tried to order a Sony HDRCX260V video camera for $359. The order process involved an online site called IBCart.com. I was encouraged to call AJRichies to "expedite" the order. I called them and was told that "the batteries that come with the unit can only last 20 minutes" and that I should buy some of their accessory batteries and an extended warranty. The prices they quoted me on the phone were too high. I refused their sales pitch and two weeks later they still had not shipped the camera. I finally cancelled the "order". I think AJRichies would make more money if they charged a little more for the cameras they sell and a little less for the warranties and accessories they sell. I waited to complain until my old VISA card had expired. I figured that if they misrepresented Sony products they might try to steal money from my VISA account.
