Placed two separate orders on the same day for Born shoes. Paid via PayPal. When I log into my account to check the status it still says "Processing" two weeks later. Email order confirmation came from Deborahlorown@gmail.com but when I replied to it, it's non-existent.

PayPal lists the following for the business:
