An ad appeared on Craigslist on 2/16 for "free corgi puppy". I responded by e-mail to 3rf4r-3620625959 and "James" responded saying he was being "deployed" and needed to find a good home for his puppy, and he would get in touch with me. He must have found his "sucker" immediately because he pulled the ad in less than 24 hrs. Not knowing this was a "scam", I sent 2 more e-mails and never got an answer. As an animal lover, I am appalled at this approach; ie, being deployed, free, but, ultimataaely probably telling the "sucker" that he had so many posts, he would let them have it for a small amount.
