I recieved a letter from this person claiming to be publishing clearing house. They said I had won 1,800, 000USD. Gave me a phone # to register my claim and told me to send a money gram to the UK for Insurance for my cheque. I did not do this but I am afraid someone will I am looking for all ways to stop these scam artists.
