I have been having problems with sending and receiving texts on my phone since 1/26. They have been crediting me the fee every month but have not fixed the problem to date. I have spoken to several people who have sprint and they tell me they are not having any problems with this situation at all. I was contacted by Nick from Corporate on 2/20 and told him when it works it sends me responses to my phone up to 10 times from 2 and three days before or repeats response numerous times all hours of the day and night. Nick told me today they have been trying to reach me since the 22nd and guess how by texting which is the problem and I didn't get a message until yesterday so they closed my ticket. I asked him why are they trying to text me when that is the problem I am having. Why didn't they call me? He didn't know but they would reopen the ticket. I asked why would they close the ticket if the problem isn't fixed. He doesn't know. I requested at that time for them to send me another type of phone or cancel my contracts because obviously the problem is with this phone which in my first conversation I had with him on 2/20 he stated they had this type of problem with this phone in 2010. After I had been told the problem was the tower and it would be fixed on 2/6 then 2/12 then 2/17 and he admitted to me he didn't know why they were telling me that because there was no tower outages. He refuses to send me another type of phone or cancel my contracts so I can go to another provider to get the service I want.
