In early January I was solicited to participate in an email survey, supposedly receiving a free watch for participation upon payment of $5.99 in "shipping and handling charges". I participated and (foolishly!) submitted my credit card number. I shortly received the watch (possibly a good $18 value) and on January 9th my credit card was charged for $5.99. Then on January 22nd my credit card was charged for $98. About February 20th I received an additional watch (identical. And in no way ordered!), and on February 22nd my credit card was charged for $48. Needless to say, I am angry!
