Well for some reason I thought buying a pet online was a good idea not really looking for anything that could go wrong they told me I could get the dog on a airplane just pay for its transportation I feel really dumb for believing this but I sent a money order thru western union and well didn't think anything of it because I was like well its western union not realizing what I was doing I sent the money straight to someone OMG I know it's some guy IVO ABANGMA. I realized there was something going on when he calls saying the puppy needs insurance and its in Philadelphia when he was in Maryland that's when I started looking more into it and then that's when I realized what had happen. I found this person on Craigslist.
