Merchant has led me along for over one year sending me broken, incomplete and inaccurate light fixtures. Final straw was when he did it for the 4th time. He now refuses to make things right. He is incompetent. I have never experienced a company that keeps sending the wrong/broken item time after time after time and then refuses to give me my money back or make things right trying to blame me for their incompetence.
