Dear Whomever:

This company said when I signed up on January 24 for 1 month of service that I had to call in to cancel before the next month or I would be charge again. No place did I read this and there service did not work from the the beginning. I explain this to the person on the telephone today and he said I still had to pay another month. This company is ripping people off and should be closed down. I told him I could not get onto my account since the day I sign up and he more less called me a liar. Why is the consumer always wrong.
