I was searching for a software file which they claimed to have so I signed up and paid $4.99 membership fee for access to free downloads as their webpage said. That charge appeared on my last month's credit card bill. I did not find the software that they said they had.

This month another charge appeared on my VISA statement for $71.25, processed 2 days later than the previous charge. I did not attempt to download anything more from this company since the first failed attempt.
