I also purchased a set of Northern Exposure DVD's. After waiting almost 4 weeks I e-mailed the company and received a response telling me to wait until the full 4 weeks and they were sure I would receive my item. I was told it had shipped. I waited until the full 4 weeks were up and e-mailed again - no response. I sent 4 e-mails and all went unanswered. I turned it over to my credit card company for resolution and I have been issued a conditional credit pending response from DVD Gator. Now they do not even have a web site, so I am assuming they are out of business. What a scam!
