I had an appointment booked for 1045 hours today 25/02 at Atelier M for IPL. I arrived early to find the Salon closed; shutters down and a note on the door stating "Sorry for inconvenience we are closed today due to urgent circumstances".

I, like others having IPL treatment are advised to let the salon know 24 hours in advance of any cancellation otherwise we lose the session... So how then, can they get away with not calling the clients to let them know if THEY are cancelling your appointment!?

I traveled 18 miles in total this morning with no explanation! I tried phoning them to no avail. This is the poorest example of 'customer service' I have seen ever!

I will be calling the salon first thing tomorrow morning and reporting to trading standards as well as contacting Wowcher.
