I arrived at Atelier M on Thursday 14th February for an appointment to find the shutters down and the salon locked up. There was a note on the door announcing that due to an urgent matter the salon was closed for the day. This is NOT true as there were several notes from other clients pushed through the shutter from three weeks ago. All with the same story! They arrived for an appointment to find the place closed and did not receive a call cancelling or rescheduling the appointment.

For IPL treatments we are required to pay for a course in advance and are offered 6 sessions. I have also paid a lot of money for treatments. Have they gone out of business and stolen everyone's money? I agree with an earlier post that this is daylight robbery! Be warned - the owner Meeta (Mita?) has no morals or conscience and seems to have stolen everyone's money!

Please post if you have had a similar problem with Atelier M. Strength in numbers! I have also reported them to trading standards.
