I contacted the company about faulty water bottles, weight loss products that caused me to gain weight, products not received and being charged for shipments not authorized. I was told they could not stop shipment since it probably already left warehouse this was 8. Am. When I asked for a supervisor I was given three stories. One no one else was there since they just opened 2 he was the one in charge no one above him. When I asked for the doctors name and board members suddenly his boss didn't take phone calls. They charged me 14.95 twice, 49.00 for the green bean extract package: 65.00 for not contacting them with 14 days with a review (this is full charge of free bottle offer) plus additional 74.90 for another 30 days supply (did not request). I contact the company on the 12 of February looking for better product told girl I wanted something different was not getting results this contact didnot satisfy the 15 day requiredment to avoid the 65. Oo charge. I trpresentative told me they would give me an ram bit I would be charged 14.95 per product restocking fees. Return shipping was at my cost. Please do not purchase any products from thiß company. Tell all your relatives, friends and neighbors also.
