I ordered the Bellagenix and Veloura 14 day trial pack at $4.95 each on December 30. Up to this time I have not received my orders. Worst, I just found out that my credit card has been charged $99.95 each on January 20.

I emailed first to follow up my orders and lately, to cancel my orders but have not received any replies. What do I do? I cannot call their hotline because I am residing out of the USA.
