I purchased a "The Rifleman" DVD collection from DVD Gator.com on Dec. 12. I paid $75.00 for this collection on-line using my debit/credit card. The money was processed out of my account on 12/14. (The name on the transaction was "XEO VENT OAKVILLE CA".) I have had several communications between the company, specifically one named "Gordon Kennedy" as it appears on the e-mail communications. I finally after several attempts to reconcile my attempt to get the product I purchased, requested my money back. That was on 02/07, and I have not heard a word since I requested a refund.
