This company has the worst customer service, oh! Wait actually they have no customer service. The online help is no help. The live chat is a (fraud)? I do not think it really exists. I tried over and over again with no success, and to call the Corporate office is a total joke. The electronic operator hangs up on you when you say it is regarding Club Pogo games. So where does one get help when they have been cheated by this company? Hope someone has the answer to this issue. I am not the only one with a Pogo problem that has fallen on deaf ears. Just search the internet oh my god so many complaints. My issue could be quickly resolved if I could speak with a real person.
