Ordered a complete Law and Order boxset off them on the 4th Januray for Valentines Day.
I have emailed them 5 times since then, and all I've gotten is hassle.

First they said the shipment was delayed due to weather. Due to the snow and such, I understood that. They said it was resent three weeks ago via DHL.
They have NOT provided me with a new tracking number and now all of a sudden, my payment is not visible on my Paypal history.

I do not know whats going on but I am €100 down, with nothing but a headache to show for it.

My next step is to threaten them with legal action.
I give them another two weeks before I flip.
