I mailed a pair of pairpoint candlesticks and insured them for $2,000.00 they got broken they where taken to post office in Texas they ask me for proof of value I sent it in I was turned down on phone they said they sent a letter I never got. A lady name Liz was helping me. My stuff is broken and there not paying fo it what can I do?
