2013 three day old newborn baby! It's Friday won't turn on until Monday! Bill is paid! Help

I just brought my newborn baby home from hospital and they said my gas won't be cut back on until sometime Monday! It's Friday. She is three days old!!! She's freezing. Why won't they do it when they are supposed to Care about families! Our bill is paid for! I'm scared for her life she hasn't even seen pediatrician for shots yet!!!
