I saw an ad on Craigslist. Donat Ricketts offered 3 Ihone 4S, brand new for 200 USD each.
I posted 600 USD into his bank account with Wells Fargo.
After that he never answered the phone or emails.
He will not deliver the phones nor pay back the 600USD.
I have turned to the Police. Here is the complaint number 06-13-12784
I have also contacted The Internet Crime Complaint Center, They work with FBI,
and filled out their Complaint Referral Form

Domnat Ricketts is a scam and a criminal. He
has been arrested before
