Web site is not clear or easy to understand have 4 of these coming so will refuse when they ship cause no e-mail to cancle order, If I wanted to order by phone I would have done so but ordered online and there e-mail is noreply@xxxxx.com showing order I had not completed the order process I believe so though it had not went through found this e-mail and forwarded it here to cancle.
