No response to eta of mug

I ordered a mug from them as a birthday present. I have the confirmation. I have emailed them to ask for a eta since I orded it Feb 3rd. I get no response and now I think they are bankrupt and still taking orders. I told them I would file aq complaint and put them on blast on social media.
