Doesn't Pay the Vendo

Joe and Gloria opened a line of credit with a company I was a sales rep for. When I left, I brought them with me and opened them up as a client at the new company.

Turns out they never paid the nearly $7,000 they owed my first company and have not been answering calls, emails and letters from the new company for an amount of nearly $4,000.

These amounts are for shipping multiple shipments (mostly generators) to customer's homes.

Now they have changed the name on the website from TOOLPRICE to CALIFORNIA MASTER TOOLS and the company that was the owner of the whole thing, RUSS INDUSTRIES seems to have disappeared into the either too.

This company's new address is in Rancho Cucamonga CA.

If you are a vendor, stay away from doing business with these people
