Sent off for the free trial, got it and nothing else for months only to find out that i had been charged full price for the free trial and for 2 more months after that. Called to request a refund, was told "it's not my problem" by one of the phone operators and that if i cancelled my payment, i would be charged with fraud. Pathethic. Will be working with a lawyer to get a full refund if it takes all my time!
