Placed two (2) orders for Christmas 2012. Order 1 was received but was defective and an obvious home DVD burn job. The few episodes that were playable were low grade and very clearly taped from TV and then burned to disc. Order 2 was never received at all. Numerous emails have gone back and forth but no refund or product, just excuses why delivery was delayed and that DVD Moose is still within their delivery policy. I write this complaint on February 20 and still NO RESOLUTION OR PRODUCT. Bottom line - This is FRAUD.
