I was charged this on my account after receiveing a bracelet that I had supposedly won on a page from Sear's Dept. Store website which was misleading. The fact that the page had Sear's was why I accepted the offer to just pay shipping and handling for the bracelet. This was a large amount to pay for a bracelet that was stainless steel.
