This company is charging me for long distance, which I had with Century Link.
I called and the customer service agent told me in Dec I changed the services with them with a phone call they made to my house.
This never happened. I was disconnected and called back twice with a recording that they are having technical difficulties. I'm amazed that this is happening to so many people and that it is a scam.
