I ordered box set of Dark Shadows, most of the order wouldn't play or would stop in the middle of the disk. Bought the set as a christmas gift. When I sent a complaint e-mail to the company, they just told me that they would let their suppliers know. Sent a second e-mail with more complaints and got the exact same response. This was on Jan. 6. Now I can't even reach the website.
