I recieved an FBI message that by computer was being used illegal and I had to pay $200.00 via money pak to get it restored. My computer will only turn on with a message that loading page might take up to 30 seconds, nothing happens. I can't even get to system restore program. What should I do? PLEASE HELP!!! THANKS.
