Internet Fraud / Credit Card Fraud

The guy purchased items from my wife off of ebay and says he did not receive two items with a value of $100. He waited 2 months from the date the items where shipped and contacted his credit card company to do a charge back in the amount of $500. I have proof of shipment of items in the way of 4 tracking numbers and the items he claims he never received i have ebay item numbers that show they sell for a total of $100 not $500 He basically used the internet to commit internet fraud as well as acredit card fraud. He will not return a phone call.
